Computerized Service Records
When you call, we will schedule you as soon as possible.
We will ask you basic questions about the nature of your visit. We then, search our computerized service records for all information on your vehicle and service history.
When you arrive, we are ready for you.
We will discuss the nature of your visit in more detail, give you a cost and time estimate. Need a ride? Just let us know when you call. If you need to wait, please have a seat in our waiting area. We offer Wireless DSL for our customers.
While we are accessing, testing, and working on your vehicle, we keep you informed.
We call to inform you of test results and necessary repairs. We update you regarding schedule and cost if there any changes. Remember, most of our repairs are completed the same day.
When you return to pick up your vehicle we will go over the repairs and show you the affected parts. (Our "Show and Tell" Policy)
Since we've been in touch regarding your repairs and estimated costs, you will not suffer sticker shock. We will also discuss any upcoming maintenance or possible repairs in order to assist you in budgeting your car costs. For your convenience, we take Visa, Master Card, etc.
Not only do we keep records for all our customers, but the computer enables us to research for updates to service schedules & recalls.
