COSTS
If we find that additional repairs are needed to complete the work, we call you for approval and to update you of any estimated additional costs.
Remember, most repairs are completed the same day and we will always "Show and tell".

ESTIMATES
After we have assessed your vehicle, we will call you to discuss the necessary repairs and estimated costs before we begin. It is important that we have a mutual understanding. If, for some reason, you do not wish to go through with the repair, we will only charge for the time actually spent in the assessment and testing.
PROJECTED COSTS OF MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
During our time with your vehicle, we might notice some wear in related or unrelated parts and be able to let you know what you might expect in the future. We will also remind you of any suggested maintenance, or alert you to any recalls.
